Policy duration
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
After 30 days from delivery, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If your product is defective or does not meet your expectations, you may return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery — no justification required.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.).
Do not return the item to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and to approve or reject the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund:
• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your card issuer (posting times can vary).
• Contact your bank (processing times can vary).

Non-refundable items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless our error)
• Sale or clearance items
• Gifts
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, you can request a free exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us first at contact.labubustore@gmail.com. We will:
• Cover return shipping for defective or unsatisfactory items
• Inspect the returned item and send a replacement at no extra cost
• Refund the original return shipping cost when applicable
Return shipping
We cover return shipping if:
• The product is defective, or
• You are not satisfied and the return is requested within 30 days of delivery
We can provide a prepaid return label upon request.
If the return is outside the 30-day window or does not meet the return conditions, return shipping may be at your expense.
For high-value items (over €75), we recommend a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance.
